Return Policy

BEARS2GO values our relationships with our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return a BEARS2GO product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Any product (* this does not include CUSTOM PRODUCTS) may be returned withen 15 business days of purchase, provided it is unused, like new condition.  This includes damaged product.  To return a product, call our Customer Service Center at (516) 755-2477.  Customer Service will issue a return authorization number, which must be marked on the outside of the packaging.

All returned products must be returned in original packaging. Products must be packed well to protect against loss or damage.

Returned products must be shipped to our warehouse.

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, please forward return tracking info to us so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking info to us at Products returned more than 10 days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We reommend you insure the shipment against loss or damaged.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all products returned. Orders placed and packed and ready for shipment and not paid for because of a declined credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee charged on card for non-payment after 5 days.

Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday(excluding holidays)

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For refunds on products paid for by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for original purchase.

For refunds on products paid by check, money order, or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and items sold at a discount are sold "AS-IS" - no refunds, no returns on these items.

Custom designed/built/engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Undeliverable Merchandise
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
